Work Experience
Little Inspirations works with local schools and colleges to provide work experience from the age 15 years and up. This allows the students to make the decision to pursue child care as a career.
Apprenticeships
We are proud of our apprenticeship scheme run in partnership with our learner provider Educ8. The scheme allows team members to earn while they learn, and we take all levels of apprenticeships.
Nursery assistant
The company currently employs over eighty Nursery Assistants (also known as Nursery Nurses) that have the opportunities to up-skill, gain promotions or specialise.
Specialist jobs
Little Inspirations relies on a diverse team who specialise as Child Protection Officers, Special Needs Officers, Health and Safety Officers, First Aid Officers, Trainee Support Officers and many more.
Domestic staff
We rely on domestic staff to cook fresh healthy meals, to maintain all nursery sites and to control the weekly shopping orders.
Administrators
We run our own accounts and payroll, meaning that we employ staff with accounts knowledge, software experience, telephone skills and IT training.
Managers
Little Inspirations runs a training program where everyone is offered the opportunity to up-skill and seek promotion . We have wide range of senior roles from first line managers and trainee support officers to deputy managers and site managers.
